CrossFit, Group Classes

CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centered on training and nutrition. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are most fun and effective among friends at out local CrossFit community.

Kids & Teens

CrossFit Kids teaches foundational movement patterns, providing children with a portion of their prescribed amount of exercise for the week, improving muscular fitness, engineering endless opportunities for success, and discussing roles for food while keeping the class and its information fun and engaging.

Private Sessions

Private coaching allows you to work one-on-one with our expert trainers. Sessions are designed with your goals in mind, whether it is health, strength training, injury prevention, preparing for a fitness competition, and/or performance goals you’ve set for yourself.

Team Conditioning

Using CrossFit during their pre-season because it keeps athletes in-shape and forges elite fitness, quantum leaps in strength and stamina. Athletes can also train using CrossFit in-season, as long as the workouts are spaced according to allow for recovery before the next game or competition.
