Program Description

CrossFit Quinte's CrossFit for Teens program empowers young athletes (ages 11-17) to build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love of fitness. These specialized youth fitness classes in Trenton are taught by expert coaches and utilize age-appropriate techniques and equipment to foster a safe and encouraging environment. We focus on developing well-rounded athletes while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries.
