Program Description

CrossFit Quinte's CrossFit for Kids program is a fun and engaging way to build strong, confident, and resilient young athletes (ages 5-10).  More than just fitness, our program focuses on developing well-rounded individuals. Our expert coaches use a dynamic mix of games, activities, and age-appropriate functional movements to foster a love of exercise while developing essential physical and social skills. Kids will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit while having a blast and making new friends!
